Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
No packages will be accepted without a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact one of our advisors by phone. The article must be returned within 5 calendar days following the insurance of the RMA.Consumable products, such as ink cartridges, ink toners, drums and maintenance kits are not returnable.
MEGA CARTOUCHE will gladly exchange your defective product. Simply return the product within 14 days in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals and accessories). Opened software and imaging supplies are not returnable. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If the manufacturer replaced a product under warranty period, the replacement is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty. All transactions require your original MEGA CARTOUCHE sales receipt.
The product should be returned intact and in its original package, which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied, credit or restoring charges could be applied.
Before MEGA CARTOUCHE can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
Method of Reimbursement
Once we receive the package and stated that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will refund the credit, which will be applied to the same Visa, MasterCard or Paypal account used at the time of purchase. An email will inform you of the operation. Expect a delay before your refund appears on statement.
Shipping costs are not refundable except in the event that you are returning a product due to a delivery error reported within 14 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to a delivery error or malfunction reported within 14 days. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport.
